You only shower? No problem, rub the bathmelts on your skin, before or after drying your skin. Also ideal for your whole body.

Tips for ultimate bath pleasure: To relax only stay 10-15 Minutes in 28-35 Celcius warm water.
To wake up only stay in the bath 5-10 minutes in 35-39 Celcius warm water

Note: some people react allergic against essential oils.!
Store in a cool place (if you like in the fridge)
Please don't try to eat your bath melts - they might smell delicious and contain cocoa butter, but they are only made to feed your skin (trust us)!
