Delivery: Online Store
We normally ship with Hermes and delivery within Germany starts with 4,30 Euro for 1-10 soaps.
On special request but unfortunatelly on your own risk we can send 1-3 soaps per normal mail within Germany for 2,00 Euros.
Delivery to most european countries start from 9,00 Euros for 1-10 soaps.
We happily answer all your further questions.
We normally only deliver within Europe. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 10 working days for orders of normal size..
* Delivery will be made only to an adult aged 18 years or over, when you place an order we assume that this is so.
* We will inform you when your delivery is ready.
* Special delivery goods (if requested) must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained by the delivery service. The service will leave notification of delivery.
* Orders will only be made to the address that you have given.
* We will do our best to secure delivery but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
* Due to insurance we can only deliver to Europe, however we offer licenses or franchises for people wanting o sell or produce our products in other countries.
* Please note that the prices quoted on our web site may change when ingredients - prices rise.
* You agree that because of the nature of the Internet & of our individual handmade products, the online shopping service and products are provided on an as is and as available basis. We are not liable to you if we are unable to supply a particular item. If you would like us to deliver a substitute line should selected lines be unavailable, you can request this when placing your order.
* Although we will always try to cater for all your orders, large orders of specific lines will be fulfilled at the discretion of the production. For example, if you were to make a an order of 50 packs of soaps we may only be able to deliver 20 immediately and deliver another 30 later.
Deliveries, also bigger ones can normally be carried out within 4 weeks.
Returns
* When your order is delivered you may return any originally packed item within 14 days (1 month) and receive a full refund if you are unsatisfied.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Please contact us in case that you are unsatisfied.

* You must tell us about any fault or damage as soon as is reasonably possible but latest within 3 days of delivery.
* Than simply return the agreed item in the original packaging within 7 days of despatch and we will give you a full refund or replace damaged items. If you like you can also receie a voucher to make a new order.
* Once the items are received at our warehouse we will action a refund (or voucher) or replacement and send you a confirmation e-mail.
* Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellation:
* After your order has been submitted, you can cancel your order up until the item has been produced. (We create your soaps fresh and only for you)
We normally cannot accept cancellations of goods especially created for you or trade orders as all goods are especially prepared for those customers. However if goods have not been produced they might be possible but a cancellation fee of 30% of the value will occur, also shipping fees occurred will be added as ingredients to produce your order are normally ordered fresh as well.
Customers have the right to return their order within fourteen working days (or the time stated by law) of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund.
This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification
(This includes all goods for Retailers), perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, e.g.if the item has been unsealed. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
For goods returned by Traders under our "Happy Retailer" Scheme 10% will be deducted from the value of all goods that are in saleable condition. A voucher will than be issued and posted to you and might be used at your next orders.. All orders placed are subject to our conditions.
The german law as it stands at the time applies to all return and conditions.
Termination
* We reserve the right to terminate your ability to use any of our Internet services if your conduct is found to be inconsistent with these Conditions by giving you 14 days written
